Job summary

Cadillac Fairview is seeking a Manager of Security in Ottawa to lead the Security program for a high-profile mixed-use property. You will guide emergency planning, budgeting, health and safety, and vendor contracts while maintaining CF standards and industry best practices.

You will develop plans, oversee drills, train staff, and collaborate with tenants to ensure preparedness. A minimum 5 years in commercial real estate security and a college diploma are required, with a competitive total

Qualifications

• College diploma in Law Enforcement and/or Security Administration.
• Valid Provincial Security License and First Aid/CPR/WHMIS certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and budget awareness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain emergency management plans (FSP, ERP, BCP).
• Oversee monthly drills and annual fire evacuation exercises.
• Manage Security Department operations and budgets.
• Collaborate with tenants on emergency preparedness and response.
• Lead training and professional development for security staff.
