Job summary

Campus Living Centres is seeking a qualified Facility Manager in Ottawa to oversee the physical condition, safety, and performance of assigned properties. You will manage maintenance operations via Entrata and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, while prioritizing resident experience and asset performance.

You will lead a team of supervisors and maintenance staff, coordinate with leasing and operations, and support capital planning and budgets.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Facilities Management or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressive facilities or maintenance management experience.
• Experience using Entrata or comparable CMMS.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the physical condition, safety, and functionality of assigned properties.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Lead Facility Supervisors and staff, coaching and directing daily work.
• Manage vendor contracts, scopes, and performance.
• Support capital planning and budget input.
• Ensure audit-ready safety and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with Leasing and General Managers for unit readiness.
