Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking a Security Team member for High Rollers in Banff. You will greet guests, check IDs, enforce AGLC guidelines and help maintain a safe, welcoming venue during events and busy nights.

Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality, possess Proserve, ProTect and First-Aid & CPR, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in nightclub or hospitality environment (preferred).
• Proserve, ProTect, and First-Aid & CPR required.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule required.

Job description

We're seeking Security to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 3 to 5pm on weekdays and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value-priced menu served up in a big ol' beer hall. With six ten-pin lanes, three pool tables, big-screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening. High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You'll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events. At night, you'll be at the heart of one of Banff's best parties featuring live local DJs.
