Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking bartenders to join High Rollers, a lively bowling venue in Banff. You’ll mix drinks, deliver friendly service, and help craft memorable experiences for guests during peak hours and events.

ProServe certification and high-volume experience are required. Flexible schedules, teamwork, and strong communication help you thrive in our fast-paced setting with perks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to high standards.
• Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Job description

We’re seeking Bartenders to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 3 to 5pm on weekdays and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value-priced menu served up in a big ol’ beer hall. With six ten-pin lanes, three pool tables, big-screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening.

High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You’ll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events. Bartenders are always happily preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. They love interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving up great hospitality. They are great at assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
