Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective is seeking Bartenders for High Rollers in Banff. You’ll craft beverages, serve guests, and contribute to a lively venue with events, DJs, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Experience in bartending and a ProServe certification are valued, along with flexible availability for evenings and weekends. Legal eligibility to work in Canada is required and benefits include health coverage after probation.

Qualifications

• ProServe certification required.
• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and provide hospitality.
• Take orders, engage with guests and ensure a great experience.
• Support celebrations and party packages for large groups.
• Keep bar area clean, organized and well stocked.

We’re seeking Bartenders to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 3 to 5pm on weekdays and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value-priced menu served up in a big ol’ beer hall. With six ten-pin lanes, three pool tables, big-screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening.

High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You’ll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events. Bartenders are always happily preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and patrons. They love interacting with customers, taking orders, and serving up great hospitality. They are great at assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
