Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. is seeking a Security team member for High Rollers in Banff. You’ll greet guests, check IDs, and help maintain a safe, enjoyable environment in a high-energy venue known for live DJ sets and group celebrations.

You will work flexible hours in a bustling hospitality setting, with a strong emphasis on guest service, safety, and teamwork. Proserve, ProTect, and First-Aid/CPR certifications are required, with a positive attitude and reliable schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in a nightclub or hospitality environment.
• Proserve, ProTect, and First-Aid & CPR certified.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule is required.
• Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check IDs.
• Enforce AGLC guidelines and ensure safety of guests, staff and venue.
• De-escalate conflicts and demonstrate duty of care.

Job description

We’re seeking Security to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 3 to 5pm on weekdays and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value‑priced menu served up in a big ol’ beer hall. With six ten‑pin lanes, three pool tables, big‑screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening.

High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You’ll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events.
