Job summary

Banff Hospitality Collective Inc. is seeking Bowling Hosts to join High Rollers in Banff. You’ll greet guests, manage lanes, and help run hosting duties for parties and events in a lively beer hall setting.

Responsibilities

• Face of the venue, greet patrons and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist servers, clear tables, and keep OpenTable up to date.
• Assign bowling lanes for parties, sanitize shoes, and handle lane/shoe payments.
• Support hosting duties during events and celebrations.

Job description

We’re seeking Bowling Hosts to join us at High Rollers! Happy Hour half price bowling is available from 3 to 5pm on weekdays and all day Wednesday. Guests come for the bowling and stay for the food, featuring a value-priced menu served up in a big ol’ beer hall. With six ten-pin lanes, three pool tables, big-screen TVs, and 48+ craft beers on tap, there is always something happening.

High Rollers is where guests bring the family or round up the crew. You’ll help us pull off incredible celebrations and party packages, perfect for large groups and events. Bowling Host

The bowling hosts are responsible for being the face of the venue, acting as a greeter to all patrons. These roles require attention to detail, initiative, and a positive attitude. The host roles are split into bowling alley duties and hosting duties. Bowling alley duties include assigning bowling lanes for parties, sanitizing bowling shoes, and taking payments for lane and shoe rental. Hosting duties include assisting servers, clearing tables, ensuring OpenTable is kept up to date, and being an ambassador of the Banff Hospitality Brand.
