Job summary

Edon Management is seeking an On-Call Building Operator to support Lloydminster operations. This role offers flexible hours and is ideal for experienced operators who want control over their schedule. You will respond to on-call service requests, inspect mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems, and coordinate with contractors.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. The position requires a minimum of two years building operating experience, a 4th/5th Class Power

Qualifications

• On-call rotation availability required.
• Power Engineering certification (4th/5th or 5th class) required.
• Minimum two years building operating experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Office 365 and Power BI are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call service requests related to building operations and maintenance.
• Perform routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems.
• Complete repairs and troubleshooting as required (HVAC, plumbing, lighting, general maintenance).
