Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Tactical Mobile Guard in Windsor, Ontario. The role entails patrolling various environments such as retail stores, airports, and security facilities to deter threats and document actions taken.

Flexible schedules with nights and weekends, full-time or part-time opportunities, and GardaWorld Academy education support are offered to develop skills and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid security license.
• First aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol critical areas to spot any suspicious activity.
• Check identification and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents and document actions taken.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Handle alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Partner with law enforcement during serious incidents.

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk and act accordingly. Your keen sense of observation and strong social skills are your greatest strengths.

As a Tactical Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, security facility centers, etc.

Schedule: Casual floating between nights and weekends

Location: Windsor
