Job summary

Securitas Canada Limited is seeking professional and reliable Security Guards to join our team across a data centre construction in Markham, ON. Pay rate is $20.00 per hour and the position is long-term temporary.

Duties include monitoring and patrolling, access control, CCTV, incident reporting, and responding to emergencies. Candidates must hold Ontario Security Guard Licence and First Aid/CPR, with strong communication and customer-service skills. Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections.
• Enforce client and site-specific security policies.
• Provide professional customer service to employees, visitors, students, contractors, and members of the public.
• Maintain a visible security presence.
• Contact emergency services when required.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.

This posting is for multiple vacancies in Markham, ON for data centre construction in the area 404 and Steeles.

What You Will Do:

Pay rate for this long-term temporary position is $20.00 per hour.

• Monitor and patrol the assigned property
• Control access to the site and verify visitors, employees, contractors, and deliveries

What We Need from You:
