- Starting at $18.50/h during training
- After 3 days, $19.25/h
- After 90 days probation, $22.25/h

Position Summary:
A Signal Branch Supervisor provides leadership to Signal’s Community Based Security Agents, developing and implementing policies for effective daily operations. Responsibilities include site protection and managing reporting agents. Additional site-specific duties may be required.

Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop agents to meet company standards.
- Lead daily team meetings to communicate updates.
- Conduct spot checks and provide feedback.
- Report client issues and assist in resolving them.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance.
- Participate in performance reviews.
- Ensure schedule coverage and minimize overtime.
- Recommend disciplinary actions and recognize outstanding performance.
- Review weekly scorecards and operational priorities in meetings.
Additional Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Complete training modules within the first month

- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
