Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is hiring a Security Analyst II – Data Governance and Protection, joining the Partner Solutions team. You will support the Data Governance and Protection group, implementing controls and shaping governance for clients.

The candidate will bring 3–5 years in IT/security, strong knowledge of data protection, and proficiency with Purview, Power BI, and Azure Logic Apps. This role is hybrid and Canada-wide, with a competitive salary and annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, and/or a cybersecurity specialization.
• 3–5 years in information technology or information security/data protection.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data security and governance concepts.
• Excellent communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical and administrative controls for data protection.
• Evaluate technologies related to data protection.
• Collaborate on governance policies across multiple clients.
• Work with stakeholders to advance data governance practices.
• Automate processes to strengthen data protection.
