Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation in Canada seeks a Director, Customer, Broker & Third-Party Security to design, delivery, and operate security platforms securing the digital experience for customers and brokers. You will mitigate risks from third parties and lead governance with senior management.

You will manage roadmaps, balance UX and security, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture. Strong collaboration with IT, security, and business teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing large technical teams.
• Experience managing platforms for customer identity and access management, cloud-native application protection, and/or third-party risk management.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
• Experience in heterogeneous and complex IT environments, from cloud, SaaS and on-prem.
• Bilingualism (French / English) is an asset.
• No Canadian work experience required; must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of managers and professionals to ensure the optimal operation of security solutions and future roadmaps.
• Collaborate with IT and business peers to balance user experience and security for customer and broker channels.
• Lead third-party risk assessments and continuous monitoring of third parties.
• Participate in steering and governance committees and report to executives.
• Publish team backlog/capacity plans for cross-group consumption.
• Build strong relationships with development teams for customer and broker channels.
