Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Security Agent to protect guests, staff, and property across the Blue Mountain resort. The role includes day, evening, and overnight shifts, with a strong focus on patrols, incident response, and maintaining a safe environment for all visitors.

The ideal candidate holds a Ontario Security Guard License, a valid G driver's license, and is 19 or older. First Aid/CPR/AED training is required, and previous security or military experience is an asset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold valid Ontario Security Guard License.
• Must hold valid Ontario G Driver's License.
• Must be 19 years of age.
• Previous Security, Police and/or military experience is an asset.
• Successful completion of First Aid/CPR/AED training.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular foot and mobile patrols indoors and outdoors across the resort.
• Provide security escorts to late-night staff and monitor alarms.
• Respond to fire and intrusion alarms and noise complaints; handle trespassers per SOPs.
• Document all incidents in the security log.
• Solve parking issues per Municipal By-Law and SOPs.
