Blue Mountain Resort Company is seeking a Team Lead, Ticket Validation for the Blue Mountains location. The role involves coaching and leading Validation Attendants, ensuring guests are using the correct lift access products and educating them on features and restrictions.

You will check passes at RFID gates, assist guests with scanning, and manage shift coverage including break schedules, while sharing enthusiasm for the mountain and providing excellent customer service.

• Organize the work of Validation Attendants, assign priority lift lines and schedule breaks.
