You will lead the production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented and is fully effective, striving to build a high-performing organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage change/transformation amongst the Operating teams in the implementation of IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma phase journey, FoF-Factory of Future Line centric organization & roles (AM-Autonomous Maintenance, PM-Progressive Maintenance) to progress into self-sufficient teams.
- Support the Manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, and Engagement goals in line with the site Compelling business need.
- Lead and be accountable to establish strong governance to review, control operational performance, and embed a zero loss mindset.
- Support all Manufacturing standards and compliance requirements (e.g., Corporate Quality, Food safety & GMP, Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Sustainability, Code of conduct, Policies & principles) are in place and regularly reviewed for effective implementation.
- Lead and be accountable for Talent, Capabilities & Engagement for the Manufacturing team.
What you will bring

- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- An Engineer with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead an organization responsible for production scheduling, materials ordering, receiving, warehousing, material handling, palletizing, shipping, and transportation.
- Manage the entire cycle of hiring, coaching, development, and performance management for all direct reports.
- Manage compliance of all safety, quality, and internal control policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Operations Leaders and Functional Departments to ensure optimized production schedules.
- Manage the implementation of TPM systems and processes.
- Manage the annual operational budget for CS&L.
- Drive the equipment reliability agenda.
- Manage the proper definition and implementation of business continuity plans (BCP).
- Other duties as assigned.
Who is a good fit?
- Bachelor’s degree in management, supply chain, and/or engineering is required. Higher education is an asset.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated management experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
- Minimum of 2 years leading a high-performance team through the implementation of TPM or integrated lean six sigma.
- Passion for improving safety, quality, and internal control culture.
- Strong communication, computer (SAP, MS Office), and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Self-driven and able to work with minimum guidance.
- Flexible to lead a 24/5 organization.
