Role Overview

Your role involves using your ability to make quality decisions and optimize work processes to manage a portion of sales and operations activities. You will oversee your group’s service offer and develop and implement its business plan. With an ability to develop talent and drive results, you will effectively manage people and performance, produce reports, and ensure member/client satisfaction. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Supporting the immediate supervisor with work organization and operational planning
• Developing, implementing, and tracking the unit’s action plan, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies
• Establishing management and communication practices supporting change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, employee engagement, and diversity in line with Desjardins values
• Defining and ensuring the implementation of activities related to the unit’s services to maximize business results and satisfaction
• Supporting the unit’s action plan by managing individual and team performance
• Promoting Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
• Continuously improving process management under your responsibility
