As the Section Head for Acute Care Occupational Therapy Services, you will oversee daily operations, staffing, workflow coordination, quality improvement initiatives, and provide mentorship and clinical support to the team of OT’s and Rehab Assistants. At the same time, you will provide acute care caseload coverage, delivering patient-centered Occupational Therapy services as part of the clinical team. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary colleagues and professional practice leaders, you will champion best practices, supervise and support team members, and help advance Occupational Therapy services to meet the evolving needs of patients and the organization.
