Job summary

The Occupational Therapist position at Kelowna General Hospital is a permanent part-time role (0.69 FTE) within a multidisciplinary allied health team. The role emphasizes assessments and discharge planning across inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community settings.

The position may include a recruitment incentive up to $10,350 and relocation allowance for eligible candidates. Four weeks vacation after one year, plus education and mentorship opportunities, are offered.

Job description

We are hiring for a permanent part-time 0.69fte Occupational Therapist at the Kelowna General Hospital. This role supports acute care with a strong emphasis on assessments and discharge planning as part of the multi-disciplinary allied health team.

Applicable positions may qualify for up to $10,350 as a recruitment incentive and/or be eligible for relocation allowance.

Days of Work

rotating day shifts includes working three weekend days as part of a four-week rotation

About The Role

The Occupational Therapist works independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team, and may be providing a full range of occupational therapy services across inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community settings.
