Responsibilities

• Assist with the set-up, take-down and organization of toy distribution program.
• Assist with the scheduling and organization of volunteers.
• Train and support volunteers with the assistance of staff.
• Work with various community organizations to promote and support the annual Toy Drive.
• Support volunteers with difficult client interactions.
• Receive and process donations of toys for distribution; assess toys for damage and provide assistance with packing and sorting of toy donations.
• Assist with recording statistical data in a clear, organized, and accurate manner.
• Receive and process inquiries from clients, businesses and donors requiring assistance as appropriate.
