Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a seasonal technical service representative (service agent) in Fredericton, NB. You will handle customers’ service and repair needs with training provided.

No experience required, but you’ll need enthusiasm to help customers and a readiness to learn. You’ll perform service desk tasks, deliver and install products at customers' homes, keep vehicles and equipment in good condition, and foster an inclusive, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driver's abstract.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.
