Best Buy Canada is hiring for a field technical service representative, a role we call a field service agent. No experience required; comprehensive training will be provided to support customers in their homes and in-store environments.

You will deliver, install and repair tech, help customers choose tech solutions, and maintain equipment and vehicles. The team emphasizes excellent customer service, flexibility, and growth through training and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery, installation and repair of tech in customers' homes.
• Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to questions.
