Job summary

Best Buy Canada is hiring a field service representative to work in the Newmarket area. You will travel to customers’ homes to deliver, install, and repair the latest tech, helping customers choose solutions and answering questions. You’ll keep vehicles and gear in good condition and deliver a standout customer experience with professionalism.

No prior experience required; we provide training to build transferable skills and certifications while you grow with our retail team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Enthusiasm to support and assist customers.
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery, installation and repair of tech in customers’ homes.
• Help customers determine their technology needs and respond to questions.
