Job summary

RED Mountain Resort in Rossland, BC is hiring Ski and Snowboard Instructors for the 2026/27 Winter season. Full-time and/or part-time positions are available.

Applicants should bring a positive attitude, team spirit, and strong work ethic. Duties include delivering safe, engaging lessons for all ages, attending morning meetings and training, assessing progress, and representing the Snow School professionally.

Qualifications

• Hold CASI, CSIA or equivalent qualifications.
• Dual certifications in ski and snowboarding are an asset.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work 2-5 days a week including weekends.
• Comfortable teaching children 3 years old and up.
• Punctual, reliable and professional.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging and high-quality ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and abilities.
• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive experience for each student.
• Attend required morning meetings and training sessions.
• Arrive in a timely manner for daily lessons, ready to teach.
• Assess student progress and offer constructive feedback.
• Debriefing clients/parents in a positive and professional manner.
• Represent Red Mountain Snow School in a positive and professional manner.
