Job summary

Red Mountain Resort is seeking a Level 3/4 Ski Trainer and Instructor for the 2026/27 season. The role involves delivering safe, high-quality lessons for guests of all ages, with early mornings, daily training, and ongoing staff development within the Red Mountain Snow School.

Qualifications

• CSIA Level 3/4 or equivalent certification is required.
• Ability to teach ski/snowboard to all ages and abilities.
• Flexible schedule: 2–5 days/week incl. weekends.
• Physical ability to assist students and load chairlifts.
• Energetic, patient, and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages.
• Provide excellent guest service and positive student experiences.
• Attend morning meetings and training sessions.
• Be punctual and prepared for daily lessons.
• Assess progress and provide constructive feedback to students.
• Represent Red Mountain Snow School in a professional manner.
