Job summary

Mount Washington Alpine Resort is seeking a part-time, seasonal Ski or Snowboard Instructor to deliver lessons across all age groups and abilities. Instructors work outdoors in a winter resort environment, following certification levels and resort procedures.

The role includes daily logs, meetings, and assisting with daycare and operations as needed. Excellent customer service and English communication are essential, with weekend and peak-season work required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 1 CSIA/PSIC/CASI certification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working with children.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide ski/snowboard lessons to guests of all ages and abilities, depending on level of certification.
• Complete daily coaches’ logs and report cards for seasonal programs.
• Attend daily meetings and check-in; assist with operating basic lifts and equipment.
• Attend all lesson line-ups and coordinate with daycare staff.
• Maintain safety standards and high-quality guest service; act as a professional ambassador.
