Job summary

Collage is seeking a Sales Support and Data Specialist for a full-time seasonal contract in Toronto, hybrid work arrangement. The role supports the Large Order Sales Team, handling data entry, order updates, and documentation to ensure accurate fulfillment during peak season.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-focused, and proficient with multiple systems, capable of learning new software quickly, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly learn new technology and software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with data entry or data processing tasks.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Address inbound customer inquiries and provide timely updates via email.
• Keep detailed records and perform high-volume data entry tasks across multiple systems.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy re: customer, order, product, pricing, and shipping information.
• Review orders for accuracy and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential errors.
• Support the Sales Team with order updates, changes, and adjustments as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding information to help keep orders moving on schedule.
• Prepare and send order invoices based on processing deadlines.
• Support general administrative and sales-related tasks as needed.
