Job summary

• Actively seek customers and escort them to appropriate merchandise across departments.
• Ask open-ended questions to determine customer needs and project scope.
• Promote services such as Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.
• Discuss options (good, better, best) and suggest related items outside the department.
• Educate customers about the whole project and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products in and adjacent departments and stock.
• Follow safety and loss prevention policies.
