The Role:

We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates at our Chinook Centre location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a Sales Associate, you will ensure an outstanding guest experience and contribute to the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at store level.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Engage with customers in aspects of culture such as fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble orders for our online store.
