The Role:

We are seeking Seasonal Sales Associates for our Market Mall location! Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing outstanding guest experiences and supporting the success of the JD Sports team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and positively at the store level.
4. Stay current on product and service updates.
5. Engage with customers about culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.
