The Role:
We are seeking part-time seasonal sales associates at our Cross Iron Mills location. Join our rapidly growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room standards.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and effective communication.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively at the store level.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers on aspects of culture such as fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.

Skills/Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and politely.
• Highly organized, capable of working under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
