Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and build relationships from greeting through post-sale contact
• Demonstrate sales techniques for retail, custom clothing, and rentals
• Participate in team selling and help achieve store sales goals
• Assist with visual merchandising, store setup, and stock counts
• Operate the cash register at the point of sale

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for most of the shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb ladders to reach merchandise or supplies
• Distinguish fabric patterns and colors
