The Role:

We are seeking part-time seasonal sales associates for our Cross Iron Mills location. Join our rapidly growing team at JD Sports Canada and gain valuable experience in customer service and the fashion industry. Sales associates are responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience and supporting the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and maintaining fitting room areas.
2. Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
3. Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
4. Stay informed about our products and services.
5. Engage with customers through culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
6. Process and assemble online store orders.

• Experience and knowledge in the fashion industry.
• Ability to problem-solve politely and efficiently.
