Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life through outstanding customer service and product knowledge. You will educate customers about loyalty programs and use omnichannel tools to enhance the shopping experience.

In this role, you’ll engage with customers to drive sales, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and support all store operations. Flexible scheduling is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

• Able to learn technology tools, apps and registers used in day-to-day operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Brand Associate, you’re an integral part of our team and bring our brand to life for our customers. You’re responsible for engaging and connecting with our customers by providing excellent customer service resulting in brand loyalty. You’re an expert in product and use your knowledge and experience to educate, inform, inspire and wardrobe the customer. Through collaboration with your leadership team, you’ll deliver a best-in-class customer experience using an omni-channel approach.
