Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll warmly greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school moments, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail setting.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and complete point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by maintaining a safe, clean store and providing excellent service.
