Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to greet customers, showcase baby and children's apparel, and guide families through shopping with warmth and expert product knowledge. You will help ensure a smooth omnichannel experience, assist with stock and register transactions, and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

This seasonal role supports the brand during peak times and holidays. The position requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays, with lifting up to 40

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, helpful customer service.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Handle point of sale transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and process shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize losses.
