Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, help with baby essentials and school readiness, and contribute to a welcoming environment aligned with our inclusive culture.

In this role you will support omnichannel shopping, execute POS transactions, and assist with floor replenishment while promoting promotions and loyalty programs. Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a busy setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions at the POS.
• Restock shelves and assist with shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize losses.
