Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate for our Toronto store. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping new parents and grandparents explore baby essentials and school-time needs.

Join a welcoming team that values development, teamwork, and growth while you learn and contribute daily. Responsibilities include greeting customers, resolving issues, supporting omnichannel needs, processing POS transactions, restocking, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Positive, customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously in person.
• Support omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the point of sale accurately and efficiently.
• Restock and replenish floor and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and the Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize loss through great service.
