This role emphasizes friendly service, effective communication, and assisting with omnichannel needs. Responsibilities include processing transactions, restocking floors, and promoting promotions and loyalty programs. Availability for days, weekends, and holidays is expected, and physical tasks such as lifting up

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and features.
• Confidently resolve customer issues and balance multiple customers in a busy environment.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Complete point of sale transactions accurately.
• Conduct floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
