Job summary

Carter's Inc. in Moncton, NB is seeking a friendly Seasonal Associate to welcome families and help them discover baby and children's apparel. You will assist customers with product knowledge, process transactions, and keep the store organized and inviting.

In this role you’ll manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting, contribute to a positive shopping experience, and participate in promotions and loyalty programs while supporting team goals and delivering great service to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product knowledge and benefits.
• Resolve customer questions and balance multiple customers during busy periods.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the register and maintain store presentation.
• Unpack and replenish stock and support shipment as needed.
• Explain promotions and Carter's loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize loss by providing attentive, safe, and clean store environment.
