Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Associate to greet customers, help families choose baby essentials, and guide them through our brand experience at checkout and on the floor.

You’ll represent Carter’s, OshKosh B’gosh, Skip Hop brands and support a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Role focuses on delivering friendly service, assisting with omnichannel shopping when needed, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized store.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment and balance multiple customers.
• Support omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain promotions and the loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
