Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience (retail preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly greeting and assist with product knowledge.
• Resolve customer questions and handle issues proactively in a busy store.
• Assist with point of sale transactions and daily reconciliations.
• Complete floor replenishment and receive shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and minimize loss through attentive service.
