Job Description:

We have an opening for a full-time Service Technician at our Kelowna Branch. The role involves inspecting homes and outside areas, determining treatment needs, preparing and applying treatments, and advising clients on pest prevention.

Responsibilities:

1. Inspect homes and outside areas regularly.
2. Determine treatment requirements and provide cost estimates to clients.
3. Prepare and spray products on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayers.
4. Coach and counsel clients to prevent future infestations.
5. Inspect premises to identify infestation sources, damage, and access points.
6. Study reports and diagrams to determine effective treatment strategies.
7. Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

1. Valid provincial pesticide applicator license (strongly preferred).
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.
4. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. Criminal background check required.
