Job summary

Western Tractor Company Inc. in Medicine Hat, Canada is seeking a Full-Time Temporary Parts Assistant to support day-to-day operations. You will assist technicians with parts inquiries, pick orders, and manage customer loading, with some light deliveries.

The role includes merchandising displays, cycle counts, stock receiving, and general admin support. It runs July–September (seasonal) at 40 hours per week, with days varying Mon–Sat based on needs and may end early if required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with parts inquiries, picking orders, customer loading, and some light deliveries.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandising displays; promote dealership specials and campaigns.
• Perform perpetual cycle counts for parts inventory; order and receive parts from suppliers.
• Receive and pick stock; maintain organization of the warehouse.
• Provide general administrative support to all departments.
