You will work with our inventory systems, read diagrams, and support merchandising and promotions while delivering excellent service and aiming for sales growth.

Competenze

• Journeyperson Parts Technician designation or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years in a Parts department; John Deere agricultural equipment experience is a plus.
• Proficient with online inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and sales-oriented customer service abilities.

Mansioni

• Assist customers at the parts counter by locating the correct parts quickly.
• Read diagnostics and diagrams to ensure accurate parts orders.
• Navigate computerized inventory systems and parts libraries.
• Follow up on special orders and inform customers on delivery status.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays for parts and promotions.
• Promote dealership specials to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.
