Job summary

SkiBig3 Marketing Coordinator role in Banff is a seasonal, full-time position supporting the marketing team across media, travel trade (B2B), and influencer familiarization trips (FAMs). You will manage itineraries, coordinate with resort partners, and ensure visits are organized and seamless, delivering an exceptional guest experience.

This role offers hands-on experience in media relations, influencer marketing, destination marketing, content creation, copywriting, events, and campaigns,

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or supporting events, trips, or functions.
• Experience writing social media content, blogs, emails, or other customer-facing content.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the shared FAM calendar with accurate information.
• Coordinate and book comprehensive FAM itineraries with partners.
• Act as primary contact for media, influencers, and tour guests before, during, and after visits.
• Manage media inquiries and troubleshoot during FAM visits.
