Job summary

CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures in Banff, Alberta seeks a Coordinator, Guest Logistics for a seasonal, full-time role. You will coordinate guest transfers between meeting points and CMH staging areas, support logistics, and deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced mountain environment.

The position requires post-secondary education, 1–2 years office experience, a valid driver’s license, and experience in high-end customer service; familiarity with ski tourism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a related field is required.
• 1–2 years of professional office experience preferred.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license; Class 4 preferred for winter conditions.
• Experience as a tour guide or group leader is a plus.
• Experience in high‑end or luxury customer service is preferred.
• Experience in the ski industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest transfers between CMH staging areas and meeting points.
• Perform administrative tasks for guest transfers and operations.
• Monitor and respond to guest and lodge transportation communications.
• Coordinate on-coach food and beverage program.
• Act as point-person for seasonal Transfer Coordinator staff.
• Follow-up on guest inquiries with a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Adapt to road closures and delays; problem‑solve logistics.
• Create exceptional guest moments as the first and last CMH contact.
