Pay Rate

$18.00 - $20.60 per hour

Responsibilities

• Groundskeeping, building repairs, and water/septic system maintenance
• Pool operations and safety maintenance
• Supporting residents with firewood delivery, snow removal, and other needs
• Water testing and record keeping
• Maintaining pool and spa facilities
• Managing septic system upkeep records
• Health & Safety compliance
• Communication with the Manager
• Cleaning tools and work areas
• Responding courteously and efficiently
• Following Occupational Health & Safety legislation and policies
• Accepting after-hours calls and emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Clean Driver’s Abstract
• Water ticket or pool certification preferred

Skills & Abilities

• Willingness to obtain water and pool certifications
• Ability to interpret safety and maintenance documents
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
