Overview

The City of Thompson invites applicants for a seasonal Laborer position at Public Works. This position is responsible for general labourer duties within the City’s service areas.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Valid Class 5 Licence.
• Class 3 or 1 with Air brakes licence and experience operating a variety of heavy equipment (asset).
• Ability to receive, understand and apply written and verbal instruction, deal effectively with co-workers, communicate effectively with the general public.
• Ability to do shift work.
