Job summary

The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory is seeking a Christmas Kettle Coordinator for a temporary part-time role. You will oversee kettle locations, coordinate workers, and ensure secure donations while maintaining strong community relations in Ontario.

This role requires customer service experience, a valid Ontario driver’s license, and the ability to manage schedules in a fast-paced shopping environment. Accommodation may be provided upon request.

Qualifications

• Some high school coursework; completion of high school is an asset.
• At least 1 year in customer service or related work.
• Money handling experience is an asset.
• Office administration experience preferred.
• Experience with Word and Excel.
• Valid Ontario G license and vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple kettle locations across zones.
• Organize, direct and supervise campaign workers.
• Ensure kettles are staffed and donations secured.
• Coordinate scheduling, training and timesheets.
• Recruit kettle workers and manage performance.
• Maintain safety and security of donations.
